Try Before You Buy: Available only in Cairo & Alexandria for 10 minutes while the courier waits.
Delivery fees are non-refundable unless an incorrect item is sent.

4. Returns & Exchanges

Instant returns only: You may return items immediately to the courier if they don’t fit. This is the only chance for return or exchange.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
Non-returnable items: Accessories, lingerie, swimwear, and discounted items.
If a defective or incorrect item is received, we will cover the return shipping costs.

نقبل الدفع عند الاستلام (COD) وطرق الدفع الأخرى المتاحة عند الخروج.

3. الشحن والتوصيل

مدة التوصيل:
- المنتجات المتوفرة: خلال 2-7 أيام عمل.
- المنتجات غير المتوفرة: خلال 8-10 أيام عمل.
جرّب قبل الشراء: متاح فقط في القاهرة والإسكندرية لمدة 10 دقائق أثناء انتظار المندوب.
رسوم التوصيل غير قابلة للاسترداد إلا في حالة إرسال منتج غير صحيح.

4. الاسترجاع والاستبدال

الاسترجاع الفوري فقط: يمكنك إعادة المنتج للمندوب مباشرة إذا لم يناسبك. هذه هي الفرصة الوحيدة للاستبدال أو الاسترجاع.
يجب أن تكون المنتجات غير مستخدمة، غير مغسولة، وفي حالتها الأصلية مع العلامات المرفقة.
المنتجات غير القابلة للإرجاع: الإكسسوارات، الملابس الداخلية، ملابس السباحة، والعروض المخفضة.
في حال استلام منتج تالف أو غير صحيح، سنتحمل تكاليف الإرجاع.
