Try Before You Buy

If you live in Cairo or Alexandria, you may try on your outfit while the courier waits outside (for up to 10 minutes only). If the item doesn’t fit, simply return it immediately and pay only the delivery fees.

Delivery Fees

• Delivery fees apply to all cases, including new orders, refunds, and exchanges.
• We do not cover delivery or return fees unless we have mistakenly sent you the wrong item or size.

Delivery Time & Availability

• In-stock items: Delivered within 2-7 working days.
• Out-of-stock items: Delivery time will be confirmed upon order placement.

إذا كنت مقيمًا في القاهرة أو الإسكندرية، يمكنك تجربة المنتج أثناء انتظار المندوب بالخارج (لمدة 10 دقائق فقط). إذا لم يناسبك، يمكنك إعادته فورًا ودفع رسوم التوصيل فقط.

رسوم التوصيل

• رسوم التوصيل تُدفع في جميع الحالات، بما في ذلك الطلبات الجديدة، الاسترجاع، والاستبدال.
• لا نتحمل تكاليف التوصيل أو الإرجاع إلا في حالة إرسال منتج أو مقاس خاطئ عن طريق الخطأ.

مدة التوصيل وتوفر المنتجات

• المنتجات المتوفرة بالمخزون: يتم التوصيل خلال 2-7 أيام عمل.
• المنتجات غير المتوفرة بالمخزون: سيتم تأكيد مدة التوصيل عند تأكيد الطلب.
